New Nachos

Lately I’ve been trying to make some foods in a Mexican style but with different ingredients. My favorite burrito of all time contains black beans, spinach, jack cheese, and fresh salsa. It is amazing, so I attempted to translate this burrito into a delicious nachos snack, and it was perfect!

Tortilla Chips (I like Tostitos Scoops)
Black beans (canned)
Fresh Leaf Spinach
Monterey Jack Cheese
Salsa (if desired)

I had the black beans left over from a previous recipe, so I reheated those separately in the microwave, then spooned them into my chips laid out on a plate. I sprinkled monterey jack cheese and my fresh spinach leaves over the top, popped it in the microwave for about a minute, and voila! New Nachos!
