Christmas is two weeks from today (panic panic panic), but whatever winter holiday you celebrate, now is typically a time for friends, family, eating, drinking, and general merriment!

For those with celiac disease, gluten-intolerance, or really any sort of restrictive diet, this happy season can also be accompanied by anxiety, discomfort, and feelings of missing out. Oh, and hunger if you forget to bring your own food (I was at Wendy’s getting a baked potato just a few hours after Thanksgiving dinner).

This year, Udi’s Gluten Free has started an Eat, Drink, Be Merry campaign that will help us all enjoy the holiday season to its fullest! Use the hashtag #EatDrinkBeMerry to share your favorite ways to celebrate the holidays, and most importantly, share them with Udi’s HERE to be entered to win some awesome stuff!!

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite gluten-free food and drink recipes, as well as some of my favorite ways to celebrate. I hope you’ll find some awesome ways to Eat, Drink, and Be Merry along with Udi’s, the entire gluten-free nation, and myself!

Oh, and don’t forget to enter to win! Their prize packs are seriously awesome.
